Patricia W. Holder joined the firm as an attorney at law in November of 2004. Patricia graduated from the University Of Tennessee College Of Law in May of 2004. While attending the University of Tennessee, she received her Certification in Business Transactions and received a certificate of outstanding achievement in the study of Natural Resources which includes timber, oil and mineral rights, and wildlife regulations. Patricia graduated from University of Tennessee in Martin in 2001 with a degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting.
Patricia practices law in many different areas including corporate, trust establishment, probate and estate planning, family law, and real estate with a concentration in timber and mineral rights.
Patricia is from Linden, Tennessee and is a member of the Howard's United Methodist Church in Linden, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Hickman County Bar. She is married to Colby Holder.
J. Wallace Harvill, a native of Hickman County, has been engaged in the practice of law in Centerville, Tennessee, since 1969. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1968 with an undergraduate degree in business administration. Wallace has a general law practice with no specialty but has emphasis on business law, probate and estate, and real estate.
Wallace was involved in the beginning of the alternative dispute resolution process in Tennessee. He has served on the TBA Dispute Resolution Committee, the Supreme Court Commission on Dispute Resolution and has served on the Supreme Court Dispute Resolution Commission since its inception. He is a Rule 31 family and civil mediator, a member of the Tennessee Bar Foundation and Tennessee Bar Association.
